Ty-Juana L. Flores is an arts administrator and impact driven leader with over 20 years of experience in arts and culture, fashion, higher education, and city government. In recent years, she has cultivated a deep passion for storytelling, wine education, and urban design, all while creating TFLUXÈ — a modern food and beverage concept.
Alongside her creative pursuits, Ty-Juana has a steady career at Berklee where she leads the strategic design and development of dynamic student centric programs that foster community engagement and cultivate impactful partnerships across sectors. She also serves as board chair to the Boston Cultural Council for the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture.
She lives in Dorchester, MA with her daughter, visits museums for inspiration, and loves to travel.
